Highland Village is an affordable thirty dwelling unit housing development. It is located on eight acres with frontage on both Industrial Park and Moxley roads in Sparta. Twenty-six dwellings are townhouse duplex style, two dwellings are single family one story homes, and two dwellings are fully outfitted for handicapped accessibility. Each dwelling unit is supplied with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and storage space. All units are furnished with hook ups for tenant supplied washers and dryers. The site features a management and maintenance facility, a walking and bicycle trail, two recreation areas and a community room.
