Cane Creek Village is an affordable twenty-four dwelling unit housing development. It is located on six acres of south facing hillside which overlooks the town of Bakersville. The twenty-four dwellings are two and three bedroom garden apartments, with four dwellings fully outfitted for handicapped accessibility. Each dwelling unit is supplied with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and storage space. All units are furnished with hook ups for tenant supplied washers and dryers. The site features a management and maintenance facility, a walking trail, a recreation area and a community room.
