Northwestern Regional Housing Authority (NRHA) follows a strategic planning process every 5 years and updated at least annually which matches resources with housing needs within its 7 county service area.  The PHA 5 Year and Annual Plan is approved by NRHA's Board of Trustees with input opportunity from assisted residents, Resident Advisory Boards, the public and from NRHA staff.  The "PHA Plan" for the period beginning 7/1/2010 is attached.  Comments are welcome and will be considered as updates are made.  Send comments directly to me at efowler@nwrha.com or P.O.
